National Model United Nations The National Model United Nations in New York (NMUN) constitutes a special core elective of the Major in International Affairs. The National Model United Nations (NMUN) is the world’s biggest UN simulation. Every year it unites more than 4500 students from universities all over the globe. At the conference, the procedures of a UN organ – from opening ceremony to the adoption of resolutions – are simulated as realistically as possible. Participation in the preparatory NMUN seminar, which is open to all Bachelor students, is subject to a special selection process that takes place every May and June. NMUN 2018 The application deadline is 11 June 2017. Further details regarding the application process can be found under “Downloads”. NMUN 2017 This year 24 Bachelor students from a variety of fields joined the NMUN delegation. The Final Report is available to download, and more information can be found on the NMUN website.
